How do I use this resource?

The downloadable spreadsheet is available through a link in the middle of the page, in the section titled "Statewide Air Emissions Above Table 1 of NR 438.03, Wis. Adm. Code Reporting Levels". The spreadsheet has tabs for total state emissions, and breakouts by facility, city, county, and pollutant.
