Analyze policy impacts

Evaluating both projected and actual policy impacts is critical not only to knowing whether your solutions are working, but to documenting their impacts for constituents and stakeholders. It includes considering the effects of proposed solutions on air quality — especially for specific vulnerable populations — and how those solutions improve health outcomes. 

Program evaluations both pre- and post-implementation should look beyond direct impacts to quantify co-benefits like greenhouse gas reductions or economic returns as well as any potential negative impacts that may need to be mitigated.
