The report provides guidance for stakeholder engagement, with a four part circular process for effective, inclusive, and equitable action. The report is focused on climate action, but is directly transferrable to air quality actions. The process includes vision setting, mapping and analyzing stakeholders, designing and implementing tools and techniques to reach different stakeholders, and feedback and evaluating to enable strengthening of future engagements.
