The report provides general information about how to scope funding needs for different types of air quality projects, how to identify sources of funding, how to generate revenues as part of programs, and examples of financing measures for programs in the transportation, energy efficiency, and green infrastructure sectors.

Pro tips

There are several summary tables that have really useful information on types of financing approaches (pp 15-16), funding sources (p. 21), and financing mechanisms (pp 22-25)

The examples for specific actions at the end of the report are very useful, and include examples of how to raise revenues.
