This is a comprehensive website providing access to all of US EPA’s data on power plants. There are five types of data that you can access through the tiles on the main page. You can also access these data through the menu on the left of the screen. Within each section there are a number of different tools and databases. For example, in the power sector data section, there are tools to query and download data (Clean Air Markets Program Data), view facility information (Monitoring Plan Viewer), and see emissions and emissions rates (eGRID). The Summary Data section lets you download a variety of reports on emissions trends. The Allowances section provides data related to the Acid Rain Program and Cross State Air Pollution Rule. The Environmental Monitoring section provides data from the Clean Air Status and Trends Network (CASTNET), Long Term Monitoring program (LTM), and National Atmospheric Deposition Program (NADP). The Power Sector Modeling section provides access to EPA models and resources related to the energy system, including results from Integrated Planning Model results for regulatory impact analyses.
